Plans to Meet Your Needs
Gestalt Life Care Planning offers multiple plans that calculate and assess treatment costs, future medical care and vocational and economic impact.

Non-Catastrophic Life Care Plan
Referrals for life care plans deemed to meet our non-catastrophic criteria are characterized in terms of function. When a patient retains most, if not all levels of independence secondary to their activities of daily living (ADL’s), the patient meets our clinical definition of a Non-Catastrophic planning and evaluation. Example for such cases are soft tissue injuries, back injuries, ongoing pain management such as radio frequency ablations, injections, fusion surgeries etc.
Economist Report for a Life Care Plan
Our economist provides calculations in terms of the present value of future medical and other care costs as denoted in the patient’s life care plan as well wages loss, if any. While a Life Care Plan presents the frequency and duration of services over a period time, the economist takes that information and presents the costs for such services by factoring the appropriate growth rates into the future.
Catastrophic Life Care Plan
Referrals for life care plans deemed to meet our catastrophic criteria are characterized in terms of function. When a patient does not retain most if not all levels of independence the patient meets our clinical definition of Catastrophic life care planning and evaluation. Example for such cases are traumatic birth injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, traumatic brain injury etc.
